Who we are

This site and our ads are run by Alvin Rafiuzzaman (RZalvin) and the Vins Creative team. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in one of our forms, on this site or inside Facebook or Instagram, we receive only what you enter, for example:

• your name and email address
• a link to your podcast, channel or social profile
• your answers to our questions (what you make, how much video you publish, your budget range)

If you message us on Instagram or Facebook, we see your profile name and the messages you send.

Why we use it

• to reply to you and send you what you asked for, such as a sample clip
• to see whether our service fits your needs
• to tell Meta which enquiries were a good fit, so our ads reach the right people

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

Only the tools we need to run the service: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which delivers our ads and forms, and our own team members who prepare your sample or reply to you. Each of them follows their own privacy rules.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send a message to @rzalvin on Instagram or RZalvin on Facebook Messenger and we will reply within 7 days.
